Hair Extension Digital Consultation, Terms & Conditions

New Guest 

Digital consultation form is required for ALL Hair Extensions initial install.

  • Book your in person consultation for accurate pricing, color matching, extension selection and to reserve your install reservation.

  • Pricing is determined on an individual basis, depending on your starting point and desired look.

  • All initial installation appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee of $100 up to 50% to secure your reservation. It is NON-REFUNDABLE if appointment is cancelled. It will be applied to 1 rescheduled ONLY. After that, it will no longer be applied to future appointments.

  • After 21 days, if the hair is NOT installed, it then becomes the property of the studio.

  • 72hrs notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Failing to reschedule your appointment within that time frame, WILL result in you losing your reservation fee and a new fee (100%) WILL be required in order to rebook. 

  • Finally, we will select your date for your Hair Extension reservation (typically it would be 4-7days after our consultation) with the final total price and remaining balance due the day of your appointment. Please note, you are REQUIRED to complete ALL forms that will be included in the confirmation email prior to your appointment. Please feel free to reach out with any questions

Initial  Appointment 

 

  • As your hair extension stylist, we will chat over a latte, alcoholic beverages or water while going over your end result again.

  • The remaining balance will be due.

  • This appointment will take about 4-7 hrs the first time for 2+ rows.

  • Lunch is provided (Panera Bread) for ALL 2+ rows install.

  • We will root and tone your extension accordingly.

  • Installation of 100% IBE® luxury Human Hair Extension.

  • We will end with a fabulous blending cut, style, tutorial and a take home hair care bag

Maintenance Appointment 

I will need to see you every 6-9weeks for Hand-Tied/Micro Weft Extensions

  • This prevents over stressing of your natural hair and preserve the longevity of your hair extensions.

  • Hair Extensions reinstall (Invisible Bead Extension) is for the maintenance of your hair extension only. Coloring/toning of the extensions or your natural hair is an additional cost. Please be sure to add this (if needed) when booking you maintenance appointment.

  • Shampoo, cut & style are not included but can be added.

  • Please arrive with clean and dry hair the day of your appointment.

  • If you desire to have your hair colored (including your hair extensions) cut, styled and or shampooed, please add or mentioned at the time of booking. Standard pricing does apply.

  • Extension hair must be replaced every 8-10months or sooner if not taken care of properly.

Cancellation Policy

 

For ALL hair extension appointment, I ask for 72 hours notice to reschedule your appointment as the reservation fee of $100 up to 50% is non-refundable and non-transferable.

72 hours notice is required in order for me to reschedule one time. After one rescheduled appointment, the non-refundable deposit will not be applied to further appointments. You will have to reserve a new reservation and total cost will be required upon booking.

Should an unforeseen circumstance happen, please send me an email and I will get back to you within 12-24 hrs to discuss other options.

Your time is valuable and I will give you my best to be on time and within the allot time frame given. Just as I respect and appreciate your time, I ask the same as I am blocking out 4-7 hours of my day to give you my all and my best.

Long Term Expectations 

 

  • Generally you can expect to invest in new hair extension every 8-10 months depending on the method chosen AND at home maintenance.

  • The longevity of your hair extension will depend on how well you take care of your hair in between appointments. Brushing and moisturizing is key.

  • You will be given a detailed but easy plan to maintain longevity prior to leaving the Color+Extension Studio in Aspen Grove.

  • ALWAYS remember, you can email me ANY time.

Are you Ready? Lets get this digital consultation party started! This is the first step in experiencing Invisible Bead Hand-tied/Micro Weft Extensions. Once this form is submitted, another box will pop with more in-depth and pricing information. Once the forms are submitted, you can click on Step 2 and book your IBE Consultation. After consultation, you will receive an appointment confirmation email and or text. Please make sure you complete the required forms in order to maintain your reservation slot. If Step 1 (the form below, pop-up form and confirmations forms) is NOT completed before your reservation, your reservation WILL BE RELEASED and your fee forfeited. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
